- OpenSER will have a BoF session at VoN Europe 2007, Stockholm, Sweden, June 11-14
The session will focus, as usually at VoN, on highlighting business side and effects of the project.
In the beginning, Daniel-Constantin Mierla, OpenSER, will give an update of the project, news in 1.2.x and future directions, where and how it is applied nowadays.
Gines Gomez will present the power of WeSIP, the Java SIP servlet application server developed for OpenSER, the component that enables tight integration with web services and creation of advanced VoIP appliances.
James Body, will summarize facts from Fixed-Mobile Convergence world, making Truphone a successful service with OpenSER and other open source applications.
Bogdan-Andrei Iancu, Voice System, will touch the scalability and distribution side of OpenSER, the capabilities for building large VoIP networks, resilient and reliable services.
All will be moderated by Xavier Casajuana, Voztelecom, the old friend and advocate of OpenSER project.
